Applicants are required to:

All payments must be made via the official government platform:

Applicants will receive an electronic receipt with a unique reference and QR code upon payment.
🏷 4. BUSINESS REGISTRATION FEES
🟢 Formal & Informal Business
- Minimum Fee: ₦2,000
- Maximum Fee: ₦1,000,000
👉 Fee is determined based on:

- Business size
- Industry classification

🧾 6. BUSINESS PREMISES REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step 1: Application
- Collect and complete application form
Step 2: Payment

- A non-refundable registration fee of ₦10,000 to be renew yearly at ₦5,000
- Payment must be made via:

- Evidence of payment (receipt) must be submitted along with the application
Step 3: Submission
- Submit:
- Completed form
- Payment receipt
- CAC certificate (if applicable)
Step 4: Verification
- Registration officer reviews application
- Confirms compliance
Step 5: Approval
- Certificate prepared and forwarded for approval
Step 6: Issuance
- Approved Business Premises Certificate is issued
⏳ 7. PROCESSING TIME
- All applications (Business, Trade, and Premises) shall be processed within 24 hours, provided:
- Complete documentation is submitted
- Payment is confirmed
