🏢 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (CATEGORY A–E)

To register as a contractor, supplier, or service provider, you must provide:

📑 Company Documents

  1. Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
  2. Memorandum & Articles of Association (with directors & shares)
  3. Company key personnel + CVs + professional registration

💰 Financial & Tax

  1. Tax Clearance Certificate (last 3 years)
  2. Bank reference / audited account (financial capability)

🛠 Technical Capacity

  1. Technical & professional qualifications
  2. List of equipment/infrastructure (will be verified)

📂 Experience

  1. Evidence of previous projects (Govt or private, local/international)

⚖️ Legal Compliance (Affidavit)

Must confirm:

  • Company is not bankrupt
  • Company pays taxes, pensions, etc.
  • No director involved in fraud/criminal misconduct

🏛 Regulatory Compliance

  1. SCUML (EFCC) registration
  2. Business Premises License
  3. NSITF certificate
  4. ITF certificate
  5. PENCOM certificate
  6. Professional body registration (for consultants)

B ₦50M – ₦150M ₦100,000
C ₦150M – ₦500M ₦200,000
D ₦500M+ ₦300,000
E (Multiple) All categories ₦350,000

📌 CATEGORY MEANING

  • Category A: ₦1M – ₦50M (SMEs)
  • Category B: ₦50M – ₦150M
  • Category C: ₦150M – ₦500M
  • Category D: ₦500M and above
  • Category E: All categories

💳 PAYMENT DETAILS

  • License valid: January – December (1 year)
  • Processing time: Within 5 working days

🧾 SPECIAL (SME – CATEGORY A ONLY)

Requirements are slightly reduced:

  • CAC
  • Personnel CVs
  • Tax / PAYE
  • Bank reference
  • Business premises
  • Affidavit
  • (Optional) Experience
