The State has various opportunities for investment in the tourism & Hospitality Sector, especially considering the adaptations of New Modern Technological Developments.

Kano State has few tourism centers; The “Gidan Rumfa” (Emirs Palace) which was built in the 16th Century by the then Kano Emir Muhammadu Rumfa, The ancient City Wall surrounding the whole old city with 13 entrance gate all of which has embedded name & history. The Dala & Goron Dutse Hills, Gidan Makama Museum which holds all the old and historic kings amulets, accessories, and old traditional items etc. Kano State tourism and hospitality as well as other recreational centers is estimated to be about N350b in value, which constitutes to about 30% of the gross domestic products in 2015. This gives clear outlook of the possibilities to generate high ROI for investors that invest in the sector.
